At my request he sought out and obtained a magnificent diamond which he mounted beautifully in a claw setting. My wife loved it - but because of its size was worried about wearing it and dislodging the the stone. On a visit to Australia a year later Michael reset the stone by altering the ring and setting, resulting in one happy wife. He did it within two days, with a big smile and no charge for the work that he had done. A great artisan.
